You will serve as a trusted client partner, managing communication, timelines, budgets, suppliers, and operational details.
The position combines strategic program management with hands-on leadership to ensure seamless event experiences.
You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, hotels, audiovisual providers, destination partners, and other suppliers.
Strong financial ownership is central to the role, including forecasting, expense tracking, contract negotiation, and profitability management.
You will also anticipate challenges, resolve issues in real time, and oversee high-touch experiences for clients and attendees.
This is a remote opportunity with approximately 30% travel and significant exposure to high-profile, complex programs.
