NAM Payroll Tax Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a NAM Payroll Tax Specialist based in India.

This role serves as a subject matter expert in employment and payroll tax compliance across the United States and Canada. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate tax treatment, timely filings, and compliance across federal, state, provincial, and local jurisdictions. The position combines tax research, payroll adjustments, reconciliations, registrations, audit support, and employee inquiry resolution. You will work with high volumes of payroll and tax data while investigating issues and driving them through to resolution. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail will be essential in identifying risks and maintaining accurate payroll processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to process improvements while supporting critical quarter-end, year-end, and special project activities.
