This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payroll Analyst (Temp) based in Canada.

This temporary role supports the North American payroll function, processing payroll for more than 700 full-time and part-time employees as well as contingent and freelance teams.
You will manage both bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll activities across the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
The role offers an opportunity to work closely with HR, Finance, international payroll teams, and other cross-functional partners.
You will contribute to payroll analysis, audits, reconciliations, compliance reviews, and ongoing improvements to payroll processes and systems.
The position is well suited to someone analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling highly confidential employee information.
You will also have the opportunity to support process documentation, system implementations, payroll tax registrations, and other operational projects.
