Product Support Leader

This is a strategic product support leadership role focused on ensuring the readiness, supportability, and long-term sustainment of a next-generation turbine engine program. You will lead cross-functional teams through development, qualification, production introduction, and entry into service. The role connects engineering, operations, program management, customer support, and sustainment functions to deliver integrated solutions. You will influence product support strategy, resource planning, cost, schedule, and digital support initiatives. Success requires strong operational judgment and the ability to make informed decisions across complex technical and business challenges.
