We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our R&D group, and be responsible for planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful deliveries.
To join us, you need to demonstrate the ability for hands-on leadership and ensure you can offer guidance and support, as well as assist developers at the code level.
- Lead a high-performing team of 6–8 developers working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
- Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from initial architecture and design to production release.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, driving cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on time without compromising quality.
- Make key technical and strategic decisions to align engineering efforts with business impact.
- Experience: At least 3–4 years of technical leadership experience, paired with 10–12 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and influence highly skilled developers.
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in Java, Go, Python, Spring, Maven, and related frameworks.
- Experience in SaaS/Cloud/Microservices architecture.
- AI-Assisted Development: Experience incorporating agentic AI tools across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Systems Architecture: A strong background in the architecture and implementation of scalable, concurrent, low-latency, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Delivery & Risk Management: A strong track record of managing complex software projects, hitting key milestones, and pre-emptively resolving technical challenges.
- Adaptability: A thriving mindset in a fast-paced, context-switching, and high-driven environment.
