Recruiting Talent Sourcer

This role is an opportunity to join a growing Talent Acquisition team and contribute to recruitment efforts across a broad range of critical positions. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition professionals and business leaders to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent. The position focuses heavily on proactive sourcing, including passive candidate engagement and strategic talent pipeline development. You will use modern sourcing tools, networks, and data-driven approaches to strengthen recruitment outcomes. Success in this role requires strong communication, collaboration, organization, and resilience in a fast-paced environment. The position is remote within Ontario, with locations including Ottawa and the Toronto/GTA area.
