Regional General Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional General Manager based in India.

This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving sustainable growth and market share across a defined regional territory. You will lead regional and area sales teams as well as distributor relationships, translating long-term strategy into strong market execution. As the administrative head of the regional office, you will provide transparent leadership and bring teams together across functions. You will work closely with sales, marketing, logistics, operations, and supply chain teams to strengthen go-to-market performance. The role also involves engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders and representing regional interests when required. A key focus will be building a high-performing organization through talent development, strong leadership, and a performance-oriented culture.
