Renewal Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Renewal Specialist based in India.

This is a customer-focused SaaS role responsible for managing a portfolio of renewals and ensuring contracts are executed accurately and on time.
You will work directly with customers throughout the renewal cycle while partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
The position combines commercial ownership, negotiation, contract management, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
You will help customers transition from legacy products to newer offerings while identifying opportunities for expansion and add-on solutions.
The role requires strong coordination with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure compliant and accurate commercial outcomes.
You will maintain visibility across the renewal pipeline through forecasting, documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
