Salesforce Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will help build, maintain, and optimize a high-performing CRM environment that supports employees and customers. You will manage Salesforce configurations, data integrity, permissions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and system functionality. The role combines technical administration with business partnership, requiring you to translate stakeholder needs into practical CRM solutions. You will also support users, troubleshoot issues, and promote effective Salesforce adoption through training and documentation. Working collaboratively across departments, you will contribute to platform goals and continuous improvements.
