Senior Manager, Learning & Development

This role will shape the commercial learning strategy supporting a major upcoming launch in the advanced cancer immunotherapy space.
You’ll build the foundational learning infrastructure needed to prepare commercial teams for launch and sustain long-term field effectiveness.
The position owns onboarding, field readiness, certification, and ongoing capability development for customer-facing teams.
You’ll translate complex scientific, product, and disease-state information into engaging learning experiences that enable confident and compliant customer interactions.
Working across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Human Resources, you’ll ensure learning priorities remain aligned with business strategy.
The role combines strategic program design with hands-on execution, measurement, continuous improvement, and vendor management.
