Senior Researcher

As a Senior Researcher, you will lead end-to-end research studies within client engagements as an embedded member of multidisciplinary product teams.
You will apply mixed-method research to uncover customer needs, validate concepts, and inform product and service decisions.
The role combines hands-on research craft with increasing exposure to client strategy, facilitation, and consulting.
You will work closely with designers, product leaders, engineers, and other researchers in collaborative delivery environments.
Your findings will help teams make evidence-based decisions and translate research into actionable product outcomes.
You will also contribute to research practices, knowledge sharing, and the responsible use of AI-assisted research tools.
