Senior Software Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer based in Brazil.

This is a senior full-stack engineering role focused on building products that help local businesses turn customer conversations into measurable business outcomes.
You’ll own features end-to-end, from early product discovery and design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
The role combines backend engineering, database design, frontend development, architecture, and product thinking.
You’ll work closely with Product and Design while helping maintain reliable systems that serve thousands of businesses.
A strong emphasis is placed on practical execution, ownership, experimentation, and shipping meaningful solutions rather than following rigid processes.
You’ll also contribute to engineering quality by reviewing code, sharing knowledge, and helping teammates develop their skills.
