This role supports the stability and performance of enterprise data platforms, applications, configurations, and infrastructure. You will investigate technical issues, coordinate resolution efforts, and act as a key bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to diagnose complex issues when root causes are not immediately apparent. You will work closely with data operations, engineering, infrastructure, database, implementation, and configuration management teams. A strong focus on production support, root cause analysis, process improvement, and knowledge sharing will help strengthen operational reliability.
