This remote role supports a fast-growing, personal-brand-led coaching business by keeping social media and community operations organized, responsive, and engaging. You will manage content publishing, monitor conversations, respond to inbound messages, and help maintain a consistent brand voice across digital channels. A key part of the role is recognizing potential prospects within comments, direct messages, and email without taking on a sales-closing function. You will use sound judgment to determine when to respond independently, escalate an issue, or route a promising opportunity to the sales team. The position offers significant autonomy and requires someone who can work proactively with minimal supervision in an asynchronous environment.
