Sr. Designer, UI (Contract)

This role supports payroll operations, integrations, and process improvement across a growing portfolio of businesses. You will help manage payroll implementations, provider transitions, testing, data validation, and go-live activities. The position combines hands-on payroll coordination with compliance, systems, data analysis, and process optimization. You will work across multiple companies, countries, currencies, and time zones, partnering with HR, Finance, portfolio leaders, EORs, and payroll providers. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys investigating discrepancies, solving operational challenges, and creating reliable processes.
