Support Engineer, SAP BW (Evergreen)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support Engineer, SAP BW (Evergreen) based in Brazil.

This role provides expert remote support for mission-critical SAP BW environments across 4.x, ECC, and HANA landscapes.
You will work on complex technical challenges involving BW architecture, data modeling, ETL, integrations, and performance.
The position combines deep SAP expertise with hands-on troubleshooting in highly customized client environments.
You will collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
The role also offers opportunities to advise key accounts, improve support processes, and contribute to internal technical resources.
You will work within a global support organization and participate in a 24x7x365 support rotation with flexible working hours.
