Tech Lead

This is a high-impact technical leadership role within a mission-driven education technology environment focused on making quality learning more accessible. You will combine hands-on engineering with technical direction, people leadership, and close product collaboration. You’ll help shape scalable systems, influence architecture decisions, and set high standards for engineering quality and delivery. Working with a globally distributed team, you’ll mentor engineers while partnering closely with product, design, data, and AI specialists. The role offers meaningful influence over both the technology and the team as the organization scales.
