Vice President, Sales and Revenue Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Sales and Revenue Operations based in the United States.

This is a senior executive role responsible for driving the strategic and operational performance of a high-scale go-to-market organization.
You’ll serve as a strategic partner to revenue leadership, translating enterprise-scale experience into scalable processes, systems, and commercial execution.
The role spans Revenue and Sales Operations, Commercial Management and Deal Desk, GTM technology, and sales enablement.
You’ll lead a team of 10–15 managers and individual contributors while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, HR, and executive leadership.
The position combines strategic planning, analytics, forecasting, technology optimization, compensation, and organizational development.
You’ll also play a key role in modernizing GTM operations through AI-driven technologies, automation, and data-informed decision-making.
