VIP HOST

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VIP Host based in Spain.

This role is focused on delivering a highly personalized experience to a portfolio of VIP clients in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
You will build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and tailored engagement.
The position combines account management, player behavior analysis, personalized offers, and operational support.
You will use player data, research, and reporting tools to understand preferences and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
As a key advocate for assigned clients, you will coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and maintain a high standard of service.
The role offers exposure to sportsbook and casino products while working in a data-driven, international environment.
Success will require strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
