Virtual Community of Care Coordinator

This role supports a virtual community designed to connect healthcare professionals with resources, employment opportunities, and community support. You will coordinate engagement across an online platform while providing responsive guidance to registrants and helping them navigate relevant opportunities. The position combines community building, stakeholder engagement, workforce development, and program coordination. You will build relationships with healthcare employers and partners to strengthen employment pathways in Northern and rural Ontario. The role also involves monitoring engagement, developing digital content, and identifying ways to improve the participant experience.
