VP, GTM Strategy & Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, GTM Strategy & Systems based in United States.

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for building and scaling an AI-native go-to-market operating system for a growing enterprise SaaS organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role partners closely with the CRO, CMO, and CFO to translate growth strategy into scalable systems, data, workflows, and AI-enabled processes. The scope spans GTM Operations & Analytics, GTM Engineering, and GTM Applications. You will establish the data foundation, governance, architecture, and operating cadence needed to support efficient growth and better decision-making. The role combines executive strategy with hands-on building, organizational leadership, and cross-functional influence. You will also help define how AI and automation can expand organizational capacity without requiring headcount to grow at the same pace as revenue.
