Website Specialist (Shopify B2B)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Website Specialist (Shopify B2B) based in India.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of a B2B website and customer portal.
You will bridge technical website operations, digital merchandising, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Working closely with developers, agencies, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative, and Inventory teams, you will ensure reliable and engaging digital experiences.
You will oversee releases, UAT, content updates, SEO performance, accessibility, site quality, and customer-facing functionality.
The role also involves using customer insights, analytics, competitive research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
You will manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, site integrity, and delivery timelines.
