While Workday is the core platform, the role will also support a broader People Technology ecosystem, including talent acquisition and other HR systems. You’ll work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption. The position combines project leadership, business analysis, systems support, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication. It is ideal for a systems-minded professional who enjoys turning complex business needs into reliable, user-focused solutions.
