Workplace Services Consultant

This hybrid role focuses on creating safe, sustainable, efficient, and engaging workplace environments across the USA and Canada. You will lead workplace services initiatives, strengthen supplier performance, and continuously improve the experience of colleagues across multiple locations. The position combines operational leadership with long-term planning, project execution, contract management, and sustainability. You will translate broader workplace and real estate strategies into practical plans while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. A strong customer-centric mindset will be essential as you identify opportunities to improve workplace services and employee experience.
