Key job responsibilities
・エグゼクティブ・リレーションの構築：複数のCxO/LoB Executiveとの信頼関係を築き、ビジネスパートナーとの協業レベルを高めながら、お客様のビジネス規模を拡大します

・アカウント戦略の立案・推進：アカウントプランを策定し、グローバル・国内の主要関係部門と連携しながら、新規ビジネスの開発から売上目標の達成までをリードします

・現場に入り込む営業：研究所や工場など国内外の主要拠点に自ら足を運び、CxO/LoB Executive/パートナーとの新たなエンゲージメントと案件を創出します。ものづくりの現場を知ることが、説得力のある提案の原点です

A day in the life
AWSのエンタープライズ営業は、テクノロジーの最前線で顧客と共に成長し、革新的なクラウドソリューションを通じて顧客のビジネス変革を支援する重要な役割を担っています。顧客のビジネスニーズに合わせたアカウントプランの策定と実行、新規コンタクトポイントの発掘、CxO/LOBといったエグゼクティブとのリレーション構築、そして、AWSサービスの価値提案を社内の技術メンバーや業種専門領域のスペシャリストなどと連携し長期的なビジネス関係を築く活動を実施します。その他、マーケティングイベントの企画や、USのサービスチームとのミーティング、お客様同士のミートアップイベントの企画実行など、これまでのやり方にとらわれず、さまざまな手段を考案して、お客様のイノベーションをサポートします。また、自らの成果を事例やベストプラクティスとして社内外に共有することで、社内外に良いインフルエンスを与えます。

About the team
製造事業本部は「製造業における生成AIのリーディングチームとして、お客様と共に事業変革を推進する」をTeam Tenets（信条）に掲げています。

メンバーはIT営業出身、製造業出身、コンサルティング出身など、バックグラウンドもAWS社歴も様々。一人ひとりが持つ異なる強みや視点を掛け合わせながら、お客様の事業変革に向き合っています。

生成AIとクラウドを活用し、個人の生産性向上にとどまらず、お客様の事業そのものを変えていくことが私たちの目指す姿です。毎週のチームミーティングに加え、年2回のチームビルディングを通じて心理的安全性を大切にし、誰もが自律的に挑戦できる環境づくりに取り組んでいます。

Basic qualifications

- 10年以上のエンタープライズのお客様への直販経験
- CxO/LOBレベルとのエンゲージメント経験
- 口頭および記述によるコミュニケーション・スキル
- 特定の業界に関する知識
- 英語（読み書きレベル）

Preferred qualifications

- 大手コンサル、SIerでの業務経験
- LOBへの協業推進の経験
- ソリューション・事業の新規開発およびGTM策定のスキル
- マネージャー、またはチームリーダーの経験
- エンジニアリング、コンピューター、情報処理などのテクニカル・バックグラウンド
