Account Executive, CoStar Data & Analytics

This role is responsible for driving new business while managing and expanding an established client portfolio.
You will use a consultative sales approach to demonstrate the value of data, analytics, and market intelligence solutions.
The position covers the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations through closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
You will build trusted relationships with commercial real estate professionals, including brokers, owners, corporations, and investors.
The role combines business development, account management, industry expertise, and client-facing engagement.
You will represent the products at industry events while developing a strong professional network and market presence.
