Account Executive(営業)と共にお客様のビジネス課題のヒアリングを行い、AIやAgentを活用した高度なソリューション企画、デモの作成・実施を行いお客様へVisionをご提案します。

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• 人材・メディア業界のエンタープライズ企業のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動
• お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案支援
• キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、AI/Agent機能を組み込んだカスタマイズデモの作成と実施
• ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成、各種営業マテリアル作成
• 提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし各業界向けSales Play、ソリューションマップ、業界特化デモの作成
• セミナー&イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援

You're Our Person If...

• CRMをはじめとしたソリューションの提案活動経験、或いは上記ソリューションエリアでのSI提案活動、プロジェクトマネージャー・プロジェクトリーダー、ITコンサルティングのいずれかの経験を3年以上お持ちの方
• 上記ソリューションエリアのデモ開発/カスタマイズの経験を5年以上お持ちの方
• セミナーやイベントなどでプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験をお持ちの方
• コンピュータサイエンス(情報学系)、または関連分野(理工学など)の学士号(または学位)を有している方

Even Better If...

• AI、機械学習、ディープラーニング、自然言語処理などの基礎知識をお持ちの方
• Agent技術、マルチエージェントシステム、エージェントベースモデリングなどの基礎知識をお持ちの方
• AI/Agent技術を活用したシステム開発、導入経験をお持ちの方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方

The Experience

We are actively hiring for the Solutions organization, which supports our customers' success. The Solutions organization supports proposal activities for our cloud solutions from both a business and technical perspective.

Working together with Account Executives (sales), this role gathers insight into customers' business challenges, plans advanced solutions leveraging AI and Agent capabilities, and builds and delivers demos to present a vision to customers.

We're looking for people who want to realize customer success through proposals directly tied to customers' business and management challenges, and who love cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Solution proposal activities targeting enterprise customers in the staffing/HR and media industries
• Develop solutions to customers' business challenges and needs, and support planning of forward-looking systemization roadmaps
• Build and deliver customized demos incorporating AI/Agent capabilities as a concrete representation of solutions to key challenges
• Create proposals centered on solution design and implementation plans, and create various sales assets
• Create Sales Plays, solution maps, and industry-specific demos for each industry, leveraging knowledge gained through proposal activities
• Support marketing activities by speaking and conducting demonstrations at seminars & events

You're Our Person If...

• You have 3+ years of experience in solution proposal activities including CRM, OR SI proposal activities, project manager/project lead, or IT consulting in the above solution areas
• You have 5+ years of experience in demo development/customization in the above solution areas
• You have experience giving presentations/demonstrations at seminars and events
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Engineering, STEM)

Even Better If...

• You have foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc.
• You have foundational knowledge of Agent technology, multi-agent systems, agent-based modeling, etc.
• You have experience developing or implementing systems using AI/Agent technology
• You have business-level English
