Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support accounting and finance activities related to vendor payments in line with established policies, procedures, and strategies. Each day, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions. You will also leverage your expertise to prepare comprehensive reports and analyses that support informed decision-making.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

This role is contributing to the Finance Accounting Operation in SLP. Main stakeholders are Brazil´s, Mexico & Argentina controllers and front office staff members related to "RARO" entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter banking entries and process payments to vendors accounts
• Assist in the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained.
• Enter payment information into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy and assist in reconciling vendor statements to ensure outstanding payments are properly accounted for and resolved promptly
• Support compliance with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) requirements within the Accounts Payable team by maintaining applicable controls, participating in testing activities, and preparing relevant documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Payments, Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Accounting.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP, Banking portals, MS Office, Copilot and other digital tools.
• Passionate about customer service, communication, empathy & professionalism.
• Intermediate English is required; intermediate Portuguese is considered a plus.
• Previous experience supporting or providing services across LATAM countries is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working in a global company is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
