Amazon Japan is looking for a Team Assistant to join the JCFS (Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions) team based in Tokyo. We are looking for someone who can manage data accurately, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and is eager to learn and grow alongside a supportive team.

主な職務内容

梱包資材の図面（版下図）について、サプライヤーからの受領・社内チームへの承認依頼・承認後の格納管理を担当していただきます。
各倉庫から送付されるチェックシート結果の受理・データ転記・検証作業を行っていただきます。
社内システムを使用した商品データの設定・台帳管理を担当していただきます。
チェックシートリストの作成と各倉庫への発行、進捗確認の連絡を行っていただきます。
派遣スタッフの業務管理・トレーニング・マニュアル作成を担当していただきます。
CPEXマネージャーへの報告業務を担っていただきます。
Key job responsibilities

Receive packaging material drawings from suppliers, submit for internal team approval, and manage filing and storage after approval.
Process, transcribe, and verify check sheet results received from warehouses.
Configure product data in internal systems and maintain tracking records.
Create check sheet lists, distribute them to warehouses, and follow up on progress.
Manage temporary staff including task assignment, training, and manual creation.
Report to CPEX Manager.

A day in the life
1日は、各倉庫から送付されるチェックシートの結果を受理し、データの転記と検証作業から始まります。品質担当チームからの依頼に基づいて社内システムの設定変更を迅速に行い、設定履歴を台帳に記録します。サプライヤーから提出された梱包資材の図面を受領し、エンジニアチームへ承認依頼を回付、承認後にはシステムへの格納を行います。並行して派遣スタッフへのトレーニングや業務マニュアルの作成・更新、進捗管理も行い、チーム全体の円滑な運営を支えます。1日の終わりには優先順位を整理し業務を締めくくります。

A typical day begins with receiving check sheet results from warehouses and transcribing and verifying the data. You will promptly make configuration changes in internal systems based on requests from the quality team, and record the change history in tracking logs. You will also receive packaging material drawings from suppliers, route them to the engineering team for approval, and file them in the system once approved. In parallel, you support the smooth operation of the entire team by training temporary staff, creating and updating operational manuals, and managing task progress. The day wraps up by organizing priorities and ensuring all work is on track.

The CPEX Team drives the operational foundation behind packaging optimization (SIPP-certified ASIN expansion), which directly contributes to delivery cost savings. Working closely with the engineering and quality teams, we handle data management, drawing management, and warehouse coordination. We are a team that values learning from one another and embracing new challenges.

Basic qualifications

- Experience using Excel and data analysis
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
- Experience as a data quality controller

Preferred qualifications

- Experience managing people
- Experience reading and writing procedures, technical documents, and engineering drawings
- Experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing
