Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team as an AI Manager (m/f), where you will lead the development and delivery of AI and data science solutions for leading global clients. This role is ideal for experienced leaders who combine deep AI expertise with strong leadership capabilities and want to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams while driving transformative AI initiatives in a dynamic consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers delivering AI and Machine Learning solutions. 

• Design and architect scalable AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Science techniques. 

• Drive end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring quality and timelines are met. 

• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective, scalable technical strategies. 

• Mentor team members, develop their capabilities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. 

• Establish best practices for AI development, deployment, and governance across the team. 

• Actively leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatPwC to enhance productivity, improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and solve complex problems responsibly.

What You Bring 

• 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering, with proven track record leading technical teams. 

• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex AI/data science projects end-to-end. 

• Strong expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn). 

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision. 

• Solid understanding of ML lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. 

• Experience with SQL databases and data engineering practices. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence senior-level clients and executives. 

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals and ROI. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business acumen. 

• English B2+.

Additional Information:

Salary: From 4000 EUR/month

(The stated salary represents the minimum for this position. Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile. In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus linked to individual results and the company’s success.)
