Key job responsibilities
• Gerenciar o fluxo dos pedidos através de múltiplos processos;
• Ser responsável pela comunicação com os Ops Lead e pelo escalonamento de qualquer risco a experiência do cliente ou falha;
•Acompanhar e monitorar produtividade e qualidade dos processos.
• Facilitar a comunicação entre as múltiplas áreas da operação;
• Monitorar e comunicar os riscos / oportunidades;
• Analisar e tomar decisões com base em dados/números
A day in the life
- Acompanhamento dos associados;
- Acompanhamento hora a hora dos números de produtividade, qualidade, tempo ocioso no processo, tempo de start para o processo e etc.
- Reportar barreiras para a Liderança;
- Agir de forma proativa para extinguir situações que envolvem risco de segurança;
- Auditorias comportamentais relacionados ao processo padrão de trabalho;
Basic qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Preferred qualifications
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
