Esta posição faz parte da organização de Inovação em Embalagens e o trabalho impacta diretamente as metas globais de embalagens, em apoio ao Compromisso Climático da Amazon.

Essa função é para trabalhar presencialmente em nossos centros de distribução localizados em Cajamar (SP).

Key job responsibilities
- Conduzir testes presenciais de embalagens e documentar resultados;
- Revisar relatórios de testes de terceiros, demonstrando alta atenção aos detalhes;
- Comunicar-se com fornecedores e clientes internos de maneira oportuna e concisa;
- Interagir com clientes internos que não falam português, usando ferramentas de tradução quando necessário;
- Registrar atividades e manter a integridade dos dados em diversos sistemas e ferramentas;
- Fornecer feedback sobre embalagens para outras equipes da Amazon;
- Participar de diversos projetos de suporte a Embalagens, presenciais e virtuais;
- Analisar feedback dos clientes;
- Gerenciar múltiplos projetos e tarefas variadas simultaneamente;
- Apoiar lançamentos e testes de projetos.

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in an operational role
- Experience in MS Office including Excel, or experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time

Preferred qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
- Experience writing technical documents, project plans and progress reports to leadership and to stakeholders
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
