Job Description

Aprendiz de Mantenimiento y Facilities (Práctica técnica)

Mantenimiento de Facilities: Asistir en inspecciones, reportar fallas y coordinar reparaciones de infraestructura general.

Soporte de Compras: Ayudar en la creación de Sow (alcances de los trabajos), búsqueda de proveedores y procesos de bidding para servicios y materiales.

Gestión Financiera: Verificar facturas, organizar documentación y dar seguimiento al proceso de pago de proveedores de mantenimiento.

Seguimiento de Reparaciones con contratistas: Monitorear el progreso y la calidad de las reparaciones y pequeños proyectos de mantenimiento.

Job Qualifications

Requisitos del Perfil:

Formación: Estudiante de carreras técnicas (Mantenimiento, Administración con foco técnico, carreras afines etc.).

Habilidades: Organización y atención al detalle.

Comunicación efectiva y proactividad.

Manejo intermedio de MS Office (Word, Excel).

Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.

Conocimientos: Familiaridad con terminología de mantenimiento y gestión (licitaciones) valorada. No excluyente.
