FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL
Brindar una atención integral a los clientes en temas comerciales y operativos, asegurando una experiencia ágil, amable y efectiva. Esto incluye la gestión de productos y servicios, promoviendo la venta cruzada y el uso de canales digitales. También se encarga de la resolución de operaciones, reclamaciones e incidencias con respuestas oportunas y personalizadas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas y medidas de seguridad establecidas en las plataformas del Banco.
FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA
Técnico, tecnólogo o profesional y /o en formación de mínimo 5 semestre de carreras afines al sector financiero.
EXPERIENCIA
Mínima de 6 meses en manejo de caja y tema comercial
CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICO
