Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Cooling Packages supports the commercial management of data center cooling infrastructure packages, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration, procurement coordination, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. The role focuses on commercial aspects of cooling systems such as chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, piping, and associated HVAC infrastructure used in mission-critical data center facilities.
  • Responsible for Sourcing of Capex and Opex for Data Center Projects .
  • Work closely with the team to ensure that the Data Center Project purchases are closed on time and in the best interest of the business
  • Build, Sustain and leverage relationship with stakeholders across functions and externally with vendors/suppliers to drive alignment and maximize the value.
  • Tracking Costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, or quantity surveying. 
  • Experience in data center, HVAC, or large MEP infrastructure projects. 
  • Experience handling cooling packages such as chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and piping systems
