As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing business intelligence solutions, utilizing your expertise in data analytics and reporting tools, particularly Power BI. Your work will span across various platforms, including Enterprise Data Lake, Azure Data Lake, and advanced analytics, to create effective and efficient data-driven solutions. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of data management and business intelligence.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leading and managing data-focused teams.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and other data analytics tools is essential.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with cloud-based data lakes, such as Azure Data Lake, is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and their impact on financial and non-financial aspects.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
