About the Role:


The Associate Director, Change Management will play a pivotal role in driving Change Management activities for critical Sales technology initiatives. This position will be responsible for ensuring successful awareness and adoption of Sales technology tools, enhancements, and processes by collaborating with various stakeholders, leading enablement efforts and programs, running pilots, developing effective communications and resources, and measuring the impact of change efforts.


What You'll Do:

  • For a variety of Sales technology tools, serve as a Subject Matter Expert, the main point of contact for Sales (for technology questions/feedback), and the main point of contact for the Sales Technology team (for insight into the world of Sales).
  • Collaborate with and own various calls with Sales Technology, Sales Process, Sales, Operations, and other Team NCVI partners to understand current Sales processes and workflows, enabling the creation of impactful change strategies and materials.
  • Plan, create, and execute engaging trainings for Sales technology tools and enhancements tailored to specific Sales audiences to drive adoption and gather feedback as well as own the overall Sales technology training strategy.
  • Support the strategy and execution of the Sales Technology Champions program.
  • Design, lead, and manage all Sales technology pilots from start to finish in collaboration with the Sales Technology and Sales Process teams.
  • Develop engaging and easy-to-understand communications and resources – including presentations, emails, intranet posts, guides, and videos - to clearly convey key messages and drive adoption.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Build strong partnerships with various stakeholders, ensuring they understand all change impacts and are fully supported throughout the change journey.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Sales Technology team to ensure their solutions meet Sales needs and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales (preferred), Operations, or Communications roles
  • If no Sales experience, willingness and ability to quickly learn Sales processes and roles in-depth
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and master technology tools
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Technical proficiency with Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences using tailored terminology and translate feedback across business units; ability to present and lead calls and trainings in an engaging manner that resonates with audiences
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and manage complex projects, programs, or pilots involving numerous partners
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated collaboration and partnership skills; ability to build strong connections quickly and exhibit emotional intelligence
  • Confidence to challenge stakeholder thinking constructively when necessary

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 108,000 USD - 148,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
