You will lead a team of full-time and supplemental Operations Managers while establishing consistent standards for production readiness, logistics, quality, and accountability. The role sits at the intersection of broadcast operations, production technology, engineering, distribution, teams, and external vendors. You will help scale production models, improve workflows, anticipate operational risks, and strengthen reliability across a growing media environment. The position combines people leadership, vendor management, technical coordination, and strategic operational planning.
