Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Development teams to provide client, portfolio, and market performance reporting, enabling informed decision-making and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Analyze client, product, market, and revenue performance to identify underperformance drivers, business risks, and growth opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Develop and track action plans with Business Development teams to address performance gaps, monitor progress, and drive accountability against agreed objectives.

- Lead regular business reviews by providing insightful analysis, performance commentary, and strategic recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on clients, industries, products, and strategic initiatives to uncover trends, opportunities, and commercial insights.
- Own and drive the KBO AI and Automation agenda, including identifying use cases, leading implementation of AI-enabled solutions, enhancing reporting capabilities, and increasing organizational productivity through automation.
- Support client-focused initiatives, events, and strategic programs, partnering with Business Development teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and measurement of outcomes.
- Coordinate with functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of data used for business performance management and reporting.
- Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business performance, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities across the cluster.
- Support the Head of Business Planning & Operations in driving commercial effectiveness, strategic planning, operational excellence, and key business priorities across the KBO sub-region.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Adapt your resume
- List these exact terms on your resume: Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Automation, Generative AI, and ChatGPT. An applicant tracking system matches the wording, not the idea.
- Attach one line of real, concrete experience to at least one of them — a tool named with nothing behind it rarely survives a human read.
- Put the AI tool in a bullet point about what you did, not just in a skills list — this role treats it as a required part of the job.
