What a Business Sales Support Manager does at Visa:
This role will be supporting selected Sr. Account Executives (AEs) for Visa Financial Institution (FI) clients in both day-to-day client relationship, initiative executions as well as drive strategic agenda between Visa & Client.
The role will report to the Head of Sales FI of Vietnam & Laos, and it will be based out of Hanoi.

Projects you will be a part of:
- Manage partnership deal execution: oversee performance tracking, incentive utilization, and delivery across key business areas (Consumer, Acquiring, Commercial)
- Support commercial discussions and negotiations: contribute to deal partnership, renewals, and strategic alignment, including preparing analysis and coordinating internal inputs to respond to market dynamics
- Support go-to-market activities: plan and execute marketing initiatives and new product/solution launches, working closely with product, marketing, and analytics teams
- Lead client engagement cadence: coordinate regular meetings with the client (weekly/bi-weekly updates, business reviews), and ensure clear communication on progress, issues, and next steps
- Prepares for governance and executive forums: support development of materials and insights for QBRs, executive meetings
- Execute strategic initiatives: support delivery of key programs such as cross-border solutions, affluent segment growth, digital payment solutions, and campaign-driven initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: work with internal stakeholders across functions (sales, product, finance, risk) to ensure aligned and timely execution of all initiatives
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
What you will need:
We are looking to hire an individual who is curious about the payments industry and has a strong focus on driving results to foster strong partnerships with our clients.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, or business development
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of payments / card business
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: Data & Analytics, Finance, Product / Business Development, and Project Management
