Change Manager – Financial Management Systems and Solutions - Contractor

Bloomberg's Financial Management Systems and Solutions Agile Program and Change Management team supports and establishes the frameworks that drive the ways of working for our Technology and CAO teams and delivers Change Management for our most critical initiatives.We support SAP and related technology, including core enterprise platforms, business warehouse, and robotic process automation, as well as business processes including Quote to Cash, Source to Pay, Payroll, Global Sustainability, and Supply Chain. We partner closely with our CAO Operations, CFO, and Engineering teams.Are you an experienced Change Manager who is passionate about helping organizations successfully navigate complex technology and process transformations?We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our highly collaborative Program and Change Management Office (PMO/CMO). You will partner with project teams, engineers, business stakeholders, and leaders to understand the impact of change, build stakeholder readiness, and drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
We’ll trust you to:• Lead Change Management efforts end-to-end for large-scale technology and process transformation programs• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives and delivery milestones• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify impacted audiences, stakeholder needs, influence, and engagement requirements• Lead detailed change impact assessments to identify changes to roles, processes, technology, behaviors, and ways of working• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans that build awareness, understanding, readiness, and adoption• Develop clear and compelling communications tailored to different audiences and levels of the organization• Translate complex program and technology changes into clear business impacts and actionable messaging for impacted stakeholders• Partner with business and project teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate training and enablement approaches• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, focus groups, and working sessions to gather feedback, validate impacts, and build alignment• Anticipate areas of stakeholder resistance and develop strategies to proactively address adoption risks• Establish change readiness, adoption, and effectiveness measures and use insights to adjust change strategies as needed• Build strong relationships with business leaders and change champions to support effective change across the organization• Provide strong executive-level communications and facilitate discussions that simplify complex changes and enable informed decision-making• Partner with Agile/Scrum teams to integrate change management activities into sprint and release planning• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Bloomberg’s Change Management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and standards• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring accountability, sound judgment, flexibility, and a hands-on approach
You’ll need to have:• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience• 7+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale process and technology transformation initiatives in complex corporate environments, either in-house and/or within management consulting• Demonstrated experience developing and executing change strategies and plans• Strong experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses• Experience developing communications, stakeholder engagement approaches, training strategies, and adoption plans• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and presentation skills• Ability to translate complex technical and program information into clear, business-focused messaging• Proven ability to influence and build alignment across stakeholders at all levels of an organization• Proven ability to independently solve problems, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, balanced with an ability to synthesize complex information and communicate key insights• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a genuine interest in driving sustainable, positive organizational change• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
We’d love to see:• Full lifecycle Change Management experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations, including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or other SaaS implementations• Experience applying Change Management within Agile delivery environments• Experience supporting global technology and process transformations• Understanding of Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Payroll processes• Big 4 consulting experience as well as in-house corporate experience• Experience developing and activating change champion or stakeholder networks• Experience measuring change readiness, adoption, and business outcomes• PROSCI certification• SAFe or other Agile certification• Ability to travel as needed, less than 10% of the time
Salary Range = 100 - 107 USD Hourly
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
