As a Graphics Sales Specialist for 3M’s Commercial Branding & Transportation Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Effectively managing a Utah, Idaho and Montana territory, working towards sales goals and establishing self-directed sales coverage with manager's assistance
Representing our products and services to Distributors, Graphic Manufacturers and Brand Owners
Demonstrating and training external customers on product knowledge, applications, systems and procedures
Exhibiting guidance with accounts, prospects and peers through acceptance of both direction and leadership as appropriate

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Current, Valid Driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Three years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience selling through distribution
Branding and Graphics experience
Good presentation skills
Strong computer skills including Salesforce and MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Ability to demonstrate product in front of many people
Self-starter/ self-directed that leads with high energy and passion

Location: Remote, Utah

Travel: May include up to 50%

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $90,361 - $110,442, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
