本ポジションは、弊社カスタマー・エクスペリエンス・センター（CXC）事業部内の大手通信事業者ネットワークおよびEnterpriseのお客様を対象としたサービスデリバリ担当となります。お客様・パートナー様、社内のエンジニアと協業してお客様ネットワーク導入、運用の支援をします。

【職務内容】
・お客様の課題や技術要件の整理
・お客様の課題に対する施策案の提案
・お客様要件の整理と実現方式作成
・お客様システムの基本設計書、詳細設計書作成
・技術的な問い合わせ対応
・お客様・パートナーとの関係構築・維持

【求められる能力】
-Must Have-
・5年以上のシステムエンジニア経験
・Router、Ethernet Switchの知識

・DCネットワーキング、ストレージ、計算処理（Compute）における深い知識およびDCに関連したProjectのシニアエンジニア経験

・リーダーシップをもってプロアクティブに活動できる方

・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語理解能力

-Nice to Have-

・サーバーOS(Redhat, UNIX, Linux) の基本知識

・Nexus、ACIの経験はプラス
・AIワークロードに対応したデータセンターインフラの構築・運用経験はプラス

・プログラミング能力があれば尚良
・問題、課題、ビジネスに対して自分の事として取り組むことができる人
・お互いを理解、尊重し、成長できる人
・できない理由を考えるより、どう実現するか考えれる人
・学ぶ意欲が強く、新しい技術に対しても積極的に自己研鑽に励める方
・英語力 TOEIC 750点以上またはそれ相当

・CCIE

・AWS/GCPの資格保持者、またそれ相当
・Redhatの資格保持者、またはそれ相当
