Introduction to the job
As a CSCM Quality Repair Engineer, you will support ASML material repair operations through hands-on execution and structured follow-up. You will learn and perform material fix-up and return activities, packing, SAP transactions, Purchase Order/Delivery Notice preparation, and ticketing tool updates under guidance. This entry-level role is suitable for new graduates who are eager to build practical experience in repair operations, logistics, and quality processes.
Role and responsibilities
- Learn and perform cleanroom work, including product cleaning and packing, in accordance with defined procedures.
- Support ASML material fix-up and return activities within CSCM Quality repair operations.
- Prepare and coordinate material packing to meet repair and return requirements.
- Use SAP to process basic repair-related transactions, update material status, and maintain accurate tracking.
- Assist with PO/DN preparation and follow-up when required.
- Register, update, monitor, and close repair cases in the ticketing tool.
- Request packing materials through LRF when needed.
- Check material condition, follow quality requirements, and promptly report abnormalities or delays.
- Work with logistics, inventory, work centers, and quality stakeholders to support timely repair execution.
Education and experience
- (전문학사) Associate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- New graduates are welcome; prior work experience is not required.
- Internship, project, or coursework exposure related to logistics, material handling, SAP, inventory, repair operations, or quality is an advantage.
- Cleanroom exposure is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Skills
- Willingness to learn cleanroom work, product cleaning, and packing procedures.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn SAP and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of logistics, material handling, inventory, or quality processes.
- Ability to follow procedures accurately and complete operational tasks with discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to assigned work.
- Willingness to ask questions, identify issues, and escalate when support is needed.
- Good communication, teamwork, and learning agility.
Other information
This entry-level position is part of CSCM Quality and provides structured on-the-job training in repair execution, material handling, packing quality, system use, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate is expected to build operational knowledge and gradually take ownership of assigned repair and return activities.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.).
