Data Analytics Manager – Business Intelligence & AI | SQL | Power BI/Tableau | Business & Data Analytics | Python/Automation | AI/GenAI | 8 -12 Years

The Data & Analytics team helps leaders turn sophisticated information into clear, actionable insights. We partner across business, operations, finance, product, and go-to-market to build trusted data analysis, enable strategic decision-making and improve business performance. As a Data Manager, you will bring strong analytical judgment, familiarity with AI-enabled tools, and a passion for crafting intuitive dashboards that help teams understand what is happening, why it matters, and what to do next.

As a Business & Data Manager, you will partner with business collaborators to compose and deliver end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions that enable data-driven decisions. You will transform sophisticated business requirements into significant insights, develop scalable dashboards, and find opportunities to improve operational efficiency through data and AI-enabled solutions. Specific responsibilities include:

• Partner with multi-functional participants to capture business requirements and compose scalable analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions that support strategic business objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize executive dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations that deliver actionable insights to business leaders.
• Analyze large and sophisticated datasets to identify trends, measure business performance, and deliver quantitative and qualitative insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Translate commercial performance across Teamwork and Networking portfolios into actionable briefs, opportunity spotlights, and recommendations for leadership.
• Evaluate key SaaS and other business metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, renewal rate, churn risk, and product adoption to support business planning and decision-making.
• Use approved AI-enabled tools and automation techniques to improve insight generation, forecasting, reporting, operational efficiency and how partners get along with our analytics and insights.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting, data extracts, and analytical support while finding opportunities to automate recurring processes and scale data-driven solutions.
• Drive projects from concept to completion by managing priorities, presenting with partners and colleagues, and delivering high-quality analytical solutions.
• Establish data-quality checks, indictor definitions, documentation, and governance practices that improve trust and consistency in reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related technical or quantitative field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategic analytics, commercial analysis, business operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS.
• 5+ years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
• 5+ years of experience querying and analyzing large datasets using SQL and platforms such as Snowflake, SAP HANA, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Experience using Python, R, or a comparable language for data analysis, automation, data transformation, sophisticated analytics, or API data fosters.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and generative AI to business problems and reporting workflows with sound judgment and appropriate validation.
• Good communication, data storytelling, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, data exploration, data wrangling, data transformation, and data-validation techniques.
• Experience with enterprise reporting platforms such as Salesforce, SAP BI or Business Objects, Databricks, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise collaboration solutions, networking business models, or related technology portfolios.
• Solid grasp of recurring revenue models and commercial metrics such as ARR, ACV, NRR, customer churn, renewals, and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience with forecasting, scenario analysis, predictive modeling, or other sophisticated analytical methods.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience mentoring analysts or influencing decisions across organizational boundaries
