This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

The Digital Process Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, optimization, and standardization of MES and SCADA systems, while continuously driving AI‑driven projects to advance the factory towards a black‑light (fully automated) manufacturing environment and intelligent management. This role also manages daily assembly processes, resolves line bottlenecks, oversees tools and fixtures, maintains automation equipment, updates work instructions, supports 6S and safety initiatives, and actively participates in digitalization projects aligned with the factory’s transformation roadmap. The engineer leverages strong data analytics and programming skills to enhance production information flow and enable predictive decision‑making.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintain, optimize, and standardize MOM and SCADA systems to ensure stable and efficient production information flow.
• Continuously promote the factory’s AI projects, gradually realizing the setup and construction of a black‑light factory and intelligent management.
• Manage tools, jigs, and fixtures, including scheduling regular inspections and preventive maintenance;
• Maintain automation equipment on the line; apply basic electrical knowledge and, where needed, adjust PLC settings (Siemens/Omron preferred).
• Update work instructions in response to ECO, DTO, and NPI changes, and train operators on new standards.
• Support 6S and safety program; proactively identify and eliminate safety risks.
• Contribute to employee suggestion schemes, ergonomic improvements, and standard time setting.
• Participate in digitalization projects to improve production information flow in line with the factory’s digital transformation roadmap.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (digital/automation focus preferred).

• Proficient in Python (for data analysis and AI model development) and C# (for internal tooling and HMI development); experienced in using SQL to query and manage large‑scale manufacturing datasets.

• Strong foundation in assembly process engineering, GD&T, and Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in spoken and written English.

• Preferred experience in mechanical or electrical production support.

• Proven experience with MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) or SCADA systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and industrial IoT platforms is a plus.
• Ability to translate production data into actionable insights and process improvements
