Shield AI is expanding rapidly across global defense markets, working with governments, militaries, defense organizations, and strategic partners to deliver next-generation autonomous capabilities. As we scale internationally, we are building a world-class go-to-market organization capable of engaging customers and partners across some of the most strategically important defense markets in the world. The Director of Field Marketing, Asia Pacific / Middle East will lead and scale Shield AI’s largest regional field marketing organization, spanning the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore and reporting to the VP, Global Field Marketing Units, this leader will develop the strategy, team, programs, and operating discipline required to support Shield AI’s growth across a diverse and rapidly evolving set of aerospace and defense markets. This role will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Capture, Growth, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to translate regional business priorities into high-impact field marketing programs that strengthen strategic relationships, accelerate opportunities, support capture efforts, and generate measurable pipeline impact.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of international defense and aerospace markets and is comfortable navigating complex government, military, acquisition, and industry stakeholder environments. This is a player-coach role for a strategic leader who can build and lead a high-performing regional team while remaining hands-on in the development and execution of critical programs.
The role requires significant international travel, approximately 25-50% of the time, across the Middle East, India, and Asia Pacific.
