This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product based in United States.
As Director of Product, you will own the product operating model from strategy and discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will lead a team of Product Managers embedded within cross-functional pods and establish the practices, decision rights, and accountability needed to deliver effectively. Reporting to the COO, you will connect customer needs, business priorities, technical strategy, UX, data, and execution into a cohesive product direction. You will own the annual roadmap and quarterly planning process while ensuring teams prioritize evidence and outcomes over feature volume. The role also includes shaping AI-enabled product opportunities, strengthening technical product leadership, and improving delivery health. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced product executive who enjoys building strong teams and turning strategy into action.
