Director, Project Management & Business Analysis (Global Security)

What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our organization as a Director of Project Management & Business Analysis. In this role, you will lead Global Security’s strategic program and project initiatives that impact multiple business functions, delivering strategic value through effective projects, productivity and efficiency tracking, and business analysis.

You will drive and oversee automation projects, strategic program delivery, and establish governance frameworks that enable cross- functional teams to succeed.

This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities, deep project management expertise, and the ability to influence at senior executive levels while managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

What will you do?

• Program & Project Management: Lead projects end-to-end from initiation through post-implementation review, ensuring delivery within approved timeframes, scope, and budgets
• Oversee the delivery of one or more strategic projects, managing project plans, schedules, processes and execution, tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate decision-making and develop risk-mitigation strategies to ensure successful project closure and remediation of issues
• Business Analysis & Productivity Tracking: Translate business needs into actionable program strategies and executive-level narratives
• Apply business acumen to identify and mitigate high-impact issues and complexities
• Develop methodologies on productivity used cases, and track efficiencies and savings in line with business targets
• Stakeholder Leadership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across business functions, technology, operations, and leadership
• Partner with Global Security Strategic Services & Regulatory, and other GS pillar teams to understand priorities to identify and lead projects across the teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and their delegates
• Influence horizontally across the organization, managing diverse, matrixed stakeholder groups
• Provide executive-level guidance and coaching to program and project teams on best practice

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MBA, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in program and project management, including leadership of complex initiatives
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, or able to demonstrate ability to manage teams and lead complex projects
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project management tools
• Self-driven individual contributor with ability to influence horizontally and partner effectively with key stakeholders
• Critical thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to present to and influence senior executive audiences
• Strong presentation and leadership skills to communicate complex information to key stakeholders
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities; ability to meet consistently high-quality standards with simultaneous workstreams
• Experience working in matrixed environments, actively managing diverse groups of stakeholders

Nice to have:

• PMP, CSM, CFA, or equivalent project management/finance certification
• Demonstrated expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (JIRA,Confluence, project management software)
• Experience in technology and financial services organizations with cross-border operations
• Proven track record of implementing change management initiatives
• Experience building networks and maintaining key relationships across organizational boundaries
• Desire to learn and develop in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
