As a Documents Voice and Chat Specialist, you will provide frontline support to workers through phone, chat, and email while reviewing and processing sensitive documentation. You will play an important role in maintaining document accuracy, compliance, safety, and marketplace quality. The position combines customer communication with detailed document validation and structured issue resolution. You will follow established procedures, make sound decisions when information is incomplete, and escalate potential concerns appropriately. Working in a fast-paced remote environment, you will collaborate with Quality Assurance, Training, and subject-matter experts to improve processes.
